Outdoor Nursery Manager - Full-Time 4d week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, confident and passionate hands-on nursery manager (the role isn''t office based, the nursery manager is expected to be close to the team on the ground) to take ownership leading a busy well-established outdoor nursery that puts nature, wellbeing, and child-led learning and growth first. The Outdoor Nursery Manager Role As nursery manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the outdoor nursery, including: Day-to-day leadership and management of the outdoor nursery Managing, mentoring, and motivating the nursery team Ensuring high-quality EYFS delivery within an outdoor nursery setting Maintaining excellent safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted compliance Building positive relationships with parents and carers Supporting staff development, retention, and wellbeing What We''re Looking For in an Outdoor Nursery Manager Previous experience as a nursery manager in a busy setting Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements A genuine passion for outdoor learning and outdoor nursery practice Confident leadership and excellent organisational skills A driver (this is essential) As nursery manager, you will shape the future of this exceptional outdoor nursery and its learning culture.
