The Role As Nursery Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team to deliver outstanding childcare and education. Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and all regulatory requirements. Drive standards of excellence, creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children. Manage budgets, staffing, and operational priorities effectively. Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders. About You You will be: Minimum Level 3 qualified in a UK-recognised Early Years qualification. Experienced in a senior leadership role within a nursery setting. Knowledgeable in EYFS and safeguarding best practice. Highly organised, motivated, and able to lead by example. In possession of GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willing to achieve within two years.
