The Opportunity
Our client, a multi-award-winning, family-run nursery group, is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead their beautiful open-plan setting in Handforth. Recognised as Nursery Group of the Year 2024.

The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.

• Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and all regulatory requirements.

• Drive standards of excellence, creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children.

• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational priorities effectively.

• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

About You
You will be:

• Minimum Level 3 qualified in a UK-recognised Early Years qualification.

• Experienced in a senior leadership role within a nursery setting.

• Knowledgeable in EYFS and safeguarding best practice.

• Highly organised, motivated, and able to lead by example.

• In possession of GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willing to achieve within two years.
