Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of Early Years Practitioners. Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements. Implement and maintain a high-quality, play-based EYFS curriculum. Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals. Coordinate key areas such as safeguarding and SENCO responsibilities. Work alongside the Directors to support health and safety, recruitment, staff development, finance, and administration.
