Nursery Manager

Loughton Montessori Nursery

We are seeking a Nursery Manager to start as soon as possible and be involved in the set-up prior to the opening in Summer 2026, when they will then lead the setting.

We are a UNICEF Rights Respecting nursery group committed to high-quality early years education, inclusion, and children’s rights. The successful candidate will be based at our Wanstead nursery until the Loughton setting opens.

About the Role

You will lead the launch and ongoing management of the new nursery, ensuring outstanding standards of education, care, safeguarding, and compliance.

This includes building and developing a strong staff team, delivering an exceptional Montessori and EYFS curriculum, and creating a warm, inspiring environment for children and families.

About You

• Level 6 qualification (or above) in Early Years
• Montessori Diploma/Certificate (accredited provider)
• Experience within an Ofsted Outstanding setting
• Strong leadership skills and commitment to children’s rights
