TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small independent nursery in Leeds that is looking to appoint a Nursery Assistant. This welcoming setting provides a warm and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity and independence through engaging play-based learning experiences.

The nursery is looking to take on a part-time Nursery Assistant with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children across the early years age range, assist with daily routines and learning activities, and work closely with the nursery team to ensure a safe, stimulating and positive environment for all children.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive and proactive attitude

• A genuine passion for supporting children''s development
