TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small independent nursery in Leeds that provides a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. The nursery values child-centred learning and offers a caring atmosphere where every child is encouraged to thrive through play and exploration.

The nursery is looking to appoint a Level 2 Nursery Assistant on a part-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children across the early years, helping to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS while working closely with the nursery team, with the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Childcare qualification.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 2 Childcare qualification (required)
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
