TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Outstanding private day nursery in LS29 to recruit a Nursery Assistant. The nursery offers an inspiring learning environment, including an excellent Forest School provision, and is committed to providing high-quality early years education where every child is encouraged to explore, learn and develop.

The nursery is looking to appoint a part-time Nursery Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children across the nursery, assisting with learning through play, daily routines and ensuring a safe, caring environment while working closely with the wider nursery team.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 2 Childcare qualification is desirable
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A caring, hardworking and reliable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude with the willingness to get stuck in
