Academics is currently recruiting caring and reliable Nursery Assistants to support a nurturing nursery in Cheltenham.

This Nursery Assistant opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and are seeking a rewarding role in a supportive childcare environment. Your Role:

• Support daily nursery routines and activities
• Encourage children through play-based learning
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment
• Assist with children''s early years development and well-being

What We''re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children
• Childcare qualification (Level 2 or above desirable but not essential)
• Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred
• Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
