PIP Functional Assessor
- £40,000 - £42,000 basic salary
- £1,000 retention bonus after 6 months (subject to performance)
- £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance)
- £42,000 - £43,000 basic salary
- £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance)
- One-off 5% quality bonus after successfully completing training
- £2,000 payment when you begin carrying out face-to-face assessments (typically within your first six months)
- Quarterly performance bonus after 12 months, with the opportunity to earn up to 2.5% per quarter

The Role As a Disability Assessor / Functional Assessor, you''ll use your clinical expertise to assess how a person''s health condition affects their day-to-day life and functional ability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting telephone, video and face-to-face assessments
- Reviewing medical evidence and supporting documentation
- Assessing the impact of physical and mental health conditions on daily living
- Producing accurate, evidence-based reports
- Applying clinical judgement in line with DWP guidance and quality standards
What We''re Looking For You''ll need:
- Current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
- Minimum of one year''s post-registration experience
- Adult clinical experience
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Good IT skills
- Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN and RNLD)
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Paramedics
- Pharmacists
