Nuclear Medicine Therapy Lead Technologist/Radiographer. We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiographer to lead the Nuclear Medicine Therapy service. In this role, you will work closely with other site leads and the Operational Lead Technologist to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services within our Nuclear Medicine department. The post holder will oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and will drive the delivery of outstanding, high-quality nuclear medicine services while identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.The post holder will have excellent technical skills in organising and delivering nuclear medicine therapies, with significant experience in large Nuclear Medicine departments. You will possess outstanding communication, organisational, and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead colleagues and create a multi-professional, quality-driven working environment with patients at the centre of care. The role includes managing a growing and busy therapy service which includes PRRT, SIRT and 131 iodine therapies, as well as research opportunities. You will provide senior leadership and have in-depth knowledge of Nuclear Medicine governance to support Technologists, the Operational Lead Technologist, and the Head of Nuclear Medicine.
