Nightshift Lineside Engineer Location: Broughton - onsiteWorking Pattern: Night shift, Monday to Thursday, 8:45pm - 6:00amPay Rate: £30.00 per hour PAYE / £40.13 per hour UmbrellaShift Allowance: 30% on top of hourly rateSecurity Clearance: BPSS+ clearance requiredIR35: InsideMinimum Requirement: NVQ Level 4 or equivalent About the Role Guidant Global is recruiting for a Nightshift Lineside Engineer to support production activity at Airbus in Broughton. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded engineer who enjoys working directly with production teams, solving shopfloor challenges and helping to keep manufacturing operations moving efficiently. In this role, you will work closely with the production team and Autonomous Production Team, supporting the identification, analysis and resolution of technical issues that cannot be managed directly by operators or the First Line Manager. You will provide a valuable end-to-end perspective on the shopfloor, helping to unblock production issues, support continuous improvement and contribute to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities As a Lineside Engineer, you will: Support the production team in identifying, analysing and resolving technical issues on the shopfloor. Assist with the identification, creation and follow-up of Non-Conformities and NC notifications.
