Nights Warehouse Trainer

Working with a high end retailer in their ecom fulfilment warehouse, we are recruiting for a Process Trainer to join the night shift team.-

You will train and teach-staff safe operating procedures, update-training materials-and monitor-performance to improve productivity and safety compliance.

Mainly working Sunday to Thursday but flexible is always an advantage. -

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance:-Teach and assess Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) usage, manual handling, and general health and safety standards.

• Process Optimization:-Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps.-

• Record Keeping:-Track training progress, maintain up-to-date certifications, and evaluate training effectiveness.-

Core Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:-Several years working in a busy warehouse environment, with prior coaching or teaching experience.
• Skills:-Strong communication, active listening, basic computer literacy (like Microsoft 365), and organizational skills.
