Nights Warehouse Trainer

Working with a high end retailer in their ecom fulfilment warehouse, we are recruiting for a Process Trainer to join the night shift team. You will train and teach staff safe operating procedures, update training materials and monitor performance to improve productivity and safety compliance. Mainly working Sunday to Thursday but flexible is always an advantage. Key Responsibilities Safety and Compliance: Teach and assess Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) usage, manual handling, and general health and safety standards. Process Optimization: Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps. Record Keeping: Track training progress, maintain up-to-date certifications, and evaluate training effectiveness. Core Requirements and Qualifications Experience: Several years working in a busy warehouse environment, with prior coaching or teaching experience. Skills: Strong communication, active listening, basic computer literacy (like Microsoft 365), and organizational skills.
