We are currently looking for an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee a retail shop fit-out project in Chester.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience managing shop fit-out or retail refurbishment projects is essential.


• Proven track record delivering retail projects in live or occupied environments.


• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site management procedures.


• Able to manage subcontractors, programme works, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Ideally based within East Anglia or surrounding areas and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

As Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the project from commencement through to completion


• Overseeing all site activities during night shifts


• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times


• Coordinating subcontractors and labour


• Managing project programmes and deadlines


• Monitoring quality standards and project costs


• Reporting progress to senior management and clients

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years'' experience in a site management role


• Must have retail fit-out/refurbishment experience


• SMSTS (CITB)


• CSCS Card


• First Aid at Work


• Fire Marshal


• Asbestos Management Awareness
