Who we are looking forWe are looking for an ambitious, target driven New Business Sales Executive to play a key role in our company growth by acquiring new clients and revenue. This role involves identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. You will be involved in the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation.

The RoleAs our New Business Sales Executive, you will be focused on driving new business and revenue:

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and qualifying potential new clients through various methods like cold calling, networking, and market research.

Identifying and agreeing upon new logo targets in collaboration with Sales Team.

Ensuring pipeline of potential clients and a continuous flow of new business revenue.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.

Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of deals, negotiating terms and conditions, and closing sales

Developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.

Delivering presentations, creating proposals, and demonstrating the value of the company''s products or services.

Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in HubSpot.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in a new business sales executive role.

Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, relationship building, presentation, and closing skills.

Ability to negotiate favourable terms and conditions.

Creativity in seeking out new opportunities.

Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), office tools and HubSpot.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Positive attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
