Responsibilities
Source and recruit sellers in priority categories
Develop acquisition strategies and manage the full sales cycle
Conduct market analysis to spot trends and opportunities
Vet sellers for compliance and quality standards
Support sellers through onboarding and initial launch
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth integration
Represent the business at trade shows and webinars
Track KPIs and produce performance reports
Deliver training and manage seller enquiries via Zendesk
Lead and mentor team members to drive results
What we''re looking for
3-5+ years in business development, sales, or partner acquisition
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience with marketplaces and seller onboarding preferred
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, graphs)
Organised, proactive, and collaborative team player
Degree preferred but not essential
