We’re looking for a driven New Business Lead to grow our Marketplace by sourcing, onboarding, and supporting new sellers. You’ll identify high-potential partners, guide them through onboarding, and ensure they’re set up for long-term success. Reporting to the Marketplace Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our product offering and enhancing customer experience.Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit sellers in priority categoriesDevelop acquisition strategies and manage the full sales cycleConduct market analysis to spot trends and opportunitiesVet sellers for compliance and quality standardsSupport sellers through onboarding and initial launchCollaborate across teams to ensure smooth integrationRepresent the business at trade shows and webinarsTrack KPIs and produce performance reportsDeliver training and manage seller enquiries via ZendeskLead and mentor team members to drive resultsWhat We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in business development, sales, or partner acquisitionStrong commercial awareness and analytical skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesExperience with marketplaces and seller onboarding preferredProficiency in Excel (formulas, graphs)Organised, proactive, and collaborative team playerDegree preferred but not essentialInterested?
