Media Strategy & New Business | Clear Route to Partnership & Equity

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

Salary: -55,000 - -65,000 + Bonus + Clear Path to Equity

KRG are partnering exclusively with one of London''s most exciting independent integrated agencies to recruit a Media Strategy & New Business Director.

This is a brand-new role created to drive the agency''s next phase of growth. You''ll take ownership of the new business strategy, build relationships with prospective clients and partners, lead pitches, and help shape the commercial direction of the business.

Working closely with the founders, you''ll have the autonomy to make the role your own, with a genuine opportunity to progress to Partner and Equity.

This is a commercially focused position where you''ll be responsible for generating new business and driving agency growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering the agency''s new business strategy.
• Identifying and winning new client opportunities.
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers across brands and agencies.
• Leading pitches, proposals and commercial conversations.
• Representing the agency at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Developing strategic partnerships to support long-term growth.
• Working with the leadership team to shape the agency''s future direction.

• 8+ years'' experience within a media, marketing or integrated agency.
• A proven track record of winning new business and growing client revenue.
• An established network across the media and marketing industry.
• Confident leading pitches and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Passionate about helping build and scale an ambitious agency.
