New Business DeveloperThis is a fast-paced role focused on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals across multiple markets. What You ll Do: Identify and develop new business opportunities (calls, digital outreach, exhibitions). Engage with prospects, qualify leads, and convert into long-term clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Support the wider sales team and hand over qualified opportunities. Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Keep accurate records in CRM systems. What We re Looking For: Previous B2B sales, business development, or telesales experience. Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills. Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (SAP a bonus). Willing to travel and attend events (UK driving licence required). Experience in optics, photonics, or engineering is desirable but not essential. What s on Offer: Competitive salary + commission.
