Job Title: Network Service Lead Location: Close to Fulbourn Salary: negotiable DOE Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility required due to the nature of the role) Contract Type: Full time, permanent Our client based close to Fulbourn is seeking an Network Service Lead to join there team on a full time, permanent basis. As Network Service Lead you will be responsible for: Leading the technical service function. Allocating and prioritising work Providing technical support to customers Line manage, support and develop members of the technical team. Take ownership of escalated issues Create and configure accounts Configure and test equipment. Support onboarding of customers Maintain accurate records. Monitor/rectify network issues Developing processes/documentation. An ideal candidate for the Network Service Lead will have: A strong technical background in RTK, GNSS, precision positioning, telecommunications, connected equipment or a closely related field. Practical experience with some of the technologies that support RTK delivery The ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and equipment The ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users Experience supervising, mentoring or line managing Strong organisational skills A full UK driving licence.
