Salary: -negotiable DOE-

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility required due to the nature of the role)

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based close to Fulbourn-is seeking an Network Service Lead to join there team on a full time, permanent basis.

As-Network-Service Lead you will be responsible for:

• Leading the-technical service function.
• Allocating-and prioritising-work
• Providing-technical support to customers
• Line manage, support and develop members of the technical team.
• Take ownership of escalated issues-
• Create and configure accounts
• Configure and test-equipment.
• Support-onboarding of customers
• Maintain accurate-records.
• Monitor/rectify network issues
• Developing processes/documentation.

An ideal candidate for the Network Service Lead will have:

• A strong technical background in RTK, GNSS, precision positioning, telecommunications, connected equipment or a closely related field.
• Practical experience with some of the technologies that support RTK delivery
• The ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and equipment
• The ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
• Experience supervising, mentoring or line managing-
• Strong organisational skills-
• A full UK driving licence.
