Network Fleet Administrator , you’ll play a key role in supporting the Fleet and Logistics Network Team, ensuring smooth coordination of administrative tasks and helping us deliver operational excellence across the network.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality support.Responsibilities
Provide administrative support
to the Fleet and Logistics Team by coordinating daily tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of key activities across the network.Build strong relationships
with internal colleagues and external partners to support seamless operations, effective communication, and timely resolution of queries.Manage systems and records
by operating office tools, maintaining accurate data, and supporting fleet-related activities including inventory and compliance.Support team goals
by adapting to changing priorities, contributing to departmental objectives, and assisting colleagues to meet shared targets.Organise meetings and events
such as team briefings and management sessions—preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documentation.Assist with reporting and enquiries
by compiling data for management insight and resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.What You’ll Bring
Administrative Expertise
– Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in administrative roles.Fleet Knowledge
– Experience or understanding of fleet operations is desirable and will be an advantage in this role.Communication and Collaboration
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.System and IT Proficiency
– Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Systems, and inventory stock management.Problem Solving and Initiative
– Logical thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to resolve issues independently.Adaptability
