Network Engineer (RAN) Contract - Can be based in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Ipswich, or GlasgowHybrid Working (3 days on site per week)Paying between £300 to £418 Per DayInside IR356 Month ContractTo Start ASAP Your new role We''re looking for an experienced Network Engineer (RAN) to support mobile network performance, KPI analysis, incident investigation and service improvement activities within a large-scale telecommunications environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyse network KPIs and performance trends Investigate service degradation, network alarms and customer-impacting issues Perform root cause analysis and drive issues through to resolution Deliver RF tuning and performance optimisation activities Work closely with operational teams and managed service providers Produce evidence based recommendations to support business decisions and network investment Support AI and automation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency What you''ll need to succeed Strong RAN / Mobile Network Engineering background Experience analysing network performance and service KPIs Incident management and root cause analysis expertise Experience working within live operational telecoms environments Knowledge of RAN technologies Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills Desirable Atoll planning tools Drive test or survey analysis Coverage modelling and optimisation experience Exposure to AI, automation or advanced analytics ..... full job details .....
