The business delivers end-to-end technical solutions across a wide range of sectors, with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and performance. Due to continued growth and investment in next-generation infrastructure, they are expanding their engineering team to support both day-to-day operations and ongoing projects. THE NETWORK ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY: Provide network and firewall support within a secure data centre environment Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and bandwidth issues escalated from the service desk Monitor network performance using industry-standard monitoring tools Support installation and deployment of new equipment as part of upgrade and project work Manage and update tickets via the service management system, ensuring SLA adherence Participate in an on-call rota supporting a 24/7 service environment YOUR KEY SKILLS: Proven experience in a Network Support or Network Engineer role Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including switching and firewalls Experience troubleshooting and managing network infrastructure in a data centre or enterprise environment Understanding of network monitoring tools Cisco CCNA (or equivalent experience) is essential; higher certifications are ..... full job details .....
