Voice and Network Engineer Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire - Hybrid WorkingSalary: Up to £55,000 per annumJob Type: PermanentWorking Pattern: Hybrid, 37 hours per week The Opportunity Our client, a leading organisation in Cheltenham, is looking for an experienced Voice and Network Engineer to join its established infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong Cisco voice experience who wants to broaden their technical knowledge across enterprise networking, security and wider infrastructure technologies. You''ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining business-critical voice systems, whilst developing your exposure to LAN, WAN, firewalls and wider network infrastructure. Working within a close-knit team of experienced engineers, you''ll contribute to both day-to-day operational support and technical projects in an environment where reliability, collaboration and continuous improvement are key. What You''ll Be Doing Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance across enterprise voice and unified communications systems. Support and administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity and Microsoft Teams environments. Investigate and resolve complex voice-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to critical services. Support SIP connectivity, call routing and wider voice networking technologies.
