The role will involve managing complex tenancy and resident casework, supporting vulnerable residents, maintaining safe and well-managed estates, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.This is a highly visible, resident-facing position requiring a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving outcomes for residents and communities.What you will do as a Neighbourhood Officer Deliver a proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management service across a designated patch. Manage a varied portfolio of complex housing and resident casework, including tenancy breaches, safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, hoarding and other support needs. Carry out estate and block inspections, identify health and safety concerns, raise repairs and follow actions through to completion. Support tenancy sustainment, identifying vulnerable residents and working with appropriate internal and external agencies. Investigate and resolve tenancy and leasehold issues, neighbour disputes and lower-level anti-social behaviour, taking appropriate enforcement action where required.
