We''re working with a large social housing provider seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to support a busy housing management team through a period of change. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys building strong resident relationships, resolving complex issues, and delivering high-quality housing management services.

The Role

As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you''ll be responsible for managing a designated patch of approximately (Apply online only) homes, acting as the key point of contact for residents and ensuring a visible, responsive housing service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with residents across your patch
• Supporting the delivery of a consistent and customer-focused housing management service
• Resolving tenancy, estate, and neighbourhood-related issues
• Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
• Responding to resident concerns and improving overall customer satisfaction
• Managing a varied caseload while meeting service standards and deadlines

About You

To be considered, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, Housing Lead, or similar housing management role
• Strong knowledge of tenancy and neighbourhood management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience delivering excellent customer service to residents
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
