Housing Officer - London N22Location: London N22Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmJob Type: Temporary - 27.06 Per hourAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, reliable and people-focused Housing Officer to join our team based in London.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and supporting tenants to maintain their tenancies, ensuring properties are well managed, compliant and maintained to a high standard.This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, good organisation and the ability to deal confidently with tenants, contractors and other professionals.Driving License is required. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies.Act as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.Carry out regular property inspections and tenancy visits.Identify and report repairs, maintenance issues and health and safety concerns.Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure works are completed efficiently.Monitor rent accounts and work with tenants to address arrears or payment issues.Support with tenancy enforcement where required, following relevant policies and procedures.Manage tenancy changes, new tenancies, renewals and terminations.Ensure properties meet required standards and are safe, clean and appropriately maintained.Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy and property records.Deal professionally with complaints, ..... full job details .....
