Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Housing Management team in delivering a reliable, consistent, and customer-focused service.Build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.Improve resident satisfaction and trust through proactive engagement.Act as the main relationship holder for residents within your allocated patch.Resolve tenancy and neighbourhood issues effectively and professionally.Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for residents.Manage a varied and complex caseload while meeting key deadlines and service standards.
