This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across multiple client sites nationwide.As a National Resourcing Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates while building strong relationships with both clients and workers. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Resourcing Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client workforce requirements.Proactively source and attract candidates for roles across multiple UK locations.Spend approximately 70% of your time speaking with candidates, conducting pre-screening calls and managing recruitment activity.Review CVs, complete telephone interviews and register suitable candidates.Coordinate hiring campaigns and ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.
