About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused National Resourcing Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across multiple client sites nationwide.
As a National Resourcing Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates while building strong relationships with both clients and workers. The role offers a great mix of recruitment, account management and site-based support, including travel to client locations across the UK to assist with inductions, training and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Resourcing
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client workforce requirements.
- Proactively source and attract candidates for roles across multiple UK locations.
- Spend approximately 70% of your time speaking with candidates, conducting pre-screening calls and managing recruitment activity.
- Review CVs, complete telephone interviews and register suitable candidates.
- Coordinate hiring campaigns and ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.
Candidate Management
- Support candidates throughout the onboarding journey.
- Arrange and deliver online and onsite inductions.
- Schedule site tours and pre-employment appointments across multiple locations.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from application through to placement.
Compliance & Administration
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
- Ensure all compliance checks and right-to-work documentation are completed before candidates commence employment.
- Meet KPI and management information reporting deadlines consistently.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Travel to client sites to support onboarding and workforce engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and site management teams.
- Conduct regular review meetings to discuss recruitment performance, KPIs and workforce planning.
- Deliver a high level of service and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, driven and passionate about working with people.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a desire to succeed.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Desirable
- Previous recruitment, resourcing or account management experience.
