Provide competent HSE guidance and support to operational managers across all sectorsCommunicate critical HSE messages and drive compliance across regional teamsLead and support incident investigations and enforcement responses in collaboration with HR and LegalChampion the implementation of corporate HSE programmes and initiativesConduct audits, inspections, and data analysis to ensure compliance with Compass policies and proceduresAbout You / Qualifications

Proven experience in HSE management, ideally within food service or manufacturingStrong knowledge of Food Safety and Allergen management is highly desirableHolds (or is working toward) an IOSH qualification (NEBOSH is advantageous)A natural leader—motivational, proactive, and results-drivenHighly organised with sound judgment and the ability to prioritise effectivelyHonest, consistent, and respected by peersFlexible, adaptable, and committed to regional travel across the UKWhy Join Us?
