They re now looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to lead their HSE strategy and drive continuous improvement across their operations. The Role This is a site-based role (with occasional travel to other UK facilities) reporting directly to the Managing Director. You ll take full ownership of the HSE function, from developing policies and coaching teams to implementing measurable KPIs and leading incident management. Key responsibilities include: Lead all HSE activities across manufacturing, office, and field teams Develop, track, and report on HSE KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements Provide hands-on support and coaching to managers and team leaders Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and behavioural safety initiatives Ensure consistent use of PPE and embed safe working practices across all departments Review and update risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH ..... full job details .....
