The Role(s):
We’re looking for a commercially-savvy
National Account Manager
to drive growth across some of our most important retail partners. You’ll take full ownership of your accounts, delivering against ambitious KPIs, building strong customer relationships, and shaping strategies that bring itsu [grocery] to even more people.Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of national accounts, delivering volume, value and profitability targets.Lead full account management including forecasting, promotional planning, and PandL responsibility.Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies in partnership with our Revenue Growth Manager.Work closely with marketing to create and execute customer-focused support plans.Analyse data and performance to inform decision-making and unlock new growth opportunities.Champion the itsu brand with retailers, ensuring best-in-class execution in every channel.About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re an ambitious, energetic self-starter who loves building relationships and driving results in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications
Experience managing national retail accounts, ideally in FMCG.Strong PandL and forecasting skills.Excellent communication and influencing skills with key buyers.A proactive, entrepreneurial approach — comfortable wearing many hats in a growing team.Passion for food, innovation, and building brands that stand out on shelf.What We Offer
