We’re seeking a National Account Executive to join our EU commercial team. The successful candidate will drive business in stores, liaise with retailers to deliver financial results, maintain a strong brand position, and support the brand’s growth. You should have a commercial mindset, be numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about the beauty industry.As a National Account Executive you willDriving PerformancePrepare and collate weekly sales reports, sharing key retail context, category information, and store performance to identify retail opportunitiesRemain agile to respond to retail trends and maximise opportunities across retailersSupport net and retail sales forecasting for defined retailers/regions, meet financial deadlines, and flag risks and opportunitiesMonitor, manage, and optimise net sales performance; ensure proactive inventory and assortment management with close collaboration with Customer Supply ChainLead monitoring of retailers’ inventory to ensure 100% on-shelf availability across all partners, working with Supply Chain and in-region stock managersUndertake ad hoc reporting and analysis as neededTrading RelationshipsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing to position Charlotte Tilbury as a collaborative trading partnerCollaborate with retail partners to plan and execute launches of all NPD, submitting required forms and ensuring sufficient stock to meet targetsCross-Functional WorkingBuild strong relationships with the Retail team, using field insights to execute trading plansSupport the NAM with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to deliver annual retailer plans covering activations, launches, events, and store/retailer animations for customer acquisition and retentionBe the go-to contact within the commercial team for stock and allocation queries from Customer Supply Chain and other functionsCollaborate with finance to align on retail and net forecasts, weekly sales updates, forecast phasing, and risk/opportunity flaggingWho You Will Work WithYou will support and assist the National Accounts Team in managing the Charlotte Tilbury business across our EU regions, reporting to a National Account Manager.About You

Previous experience in a National Accounts role or similarStructured and organised, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExcellent numerical and analytical skillsImpeccable attention to detail and accuracyEffective written and verbal communicatorProactive and action-orientedExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsWe welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, provided the necessary skills can be demonstrated.Benefits
