Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerLocation: ManchesterSalary: Up to £56,000 per annumShift: 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off - 7am-7pmHoliday: 25 daysMRD Recruitment are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established manufacturing operation in Manchester.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a skilled engineering team, providing planned and reactive maintenance support across production plant, equipment and facilities.The RoleWorking as part of a cross-functional engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability and efficiency of production equipment.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and repairs.Responding quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns.Diagnosing faults and taking corrective action.Supporting Shift Engineers with day-to-day engineering requirements.Ensuring all work meets required Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene standards.Using CMMS systems/tablets to accurately record maintenance activity and manage stock.Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and improved equipment reliability.Supporting the installation, modification and improvement of plant and equipment.Assisting with the training and development of fellow engineers and operator-technicians.Working to strict planned maintenance schedules and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.About YouWe''re looking for ..... full job details .....
