Graduate Installation and Maintenance Engineer Location: Stockport (with some national and international travel) Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus + PensionJob Type: Full-time, Permanent Based in Stockport, we are a specialist in the design and build of inspection and simulation machines. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a Graduate Engineer to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support Provide technical support, diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and support service interventions and projects. System Management Work towards supporting and overseeing system performance, conduct regular audits and performance assessments, and ensure optimal system reliability. Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed records of service activities, system configurations, and equipment maintenance. Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with customers, provide clear feedback, explain product functionality, and manage technical issues to maximize customer benefit. Safety and Compliance Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, industry standards, safety regulations, and relevant legislation. Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams, including design and product development, to resolve technical problems and implement system improvements.
