Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician Chesterfield Salary: Up to £43,000 Hours: Monday to Friday We''re recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious static commercial contract in Chesterfield. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, with approximately 90% planned maintenance and 10% reactive work. The Role Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance Fault finding and electrical repairs Emergency lighting testing Fire alarm checks Water temperature monitoring and tap flushing General mechanical and building services maintenance Supporting HVAC/AHU maintenance Issuing permits to work for subcontractors Working alongside a small, experienced engineering team You''ll be joining a long-term static contract offering excellent job stability, varied maintenance work and career progression.
