Right Now Group are recruiting for a Multimodal Export Operator based in Ashford, Surrey.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established international freight forwarder, handling both Air and Sea Freight Export operations from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full export process, including documentation and customs clearances, while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient shipment movements.Duties and Responsibilities - Multimodal Export OperatorHandle Air and Sea Freight Export shipments from start to finishPrepare and manage export documentation including bills of lading, airway bills, and customs entriesLiaise with airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents to ensure timely movement of cargoManage customs clearance processes accurately and efficientlyEnsure all shipments comply with export regulations and client requirementsMaintain communication with clients to provide updates on shipment statusUse CargoWise for job file management and shipment processingCollaborate with the internal pricing and quotations team when requiredSupport the wider operations team where necessaryWhat''s On Offer - Multimodal Export OperatorSalary: £30,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)Shift: Monday - FridayHours: Standard office hoursAnnual Leave: 23 days + Bank HolidaysAdditional Information:Yearly bonus based on company performanceUse of CargoWise operating systemStable, ..... full job details .....
