About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our team working across social housing properties. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks in occupied and void properties. You''ll play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance work, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating, and basic plastering Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently on first visit where possible Complete works in both tenanted and void properties Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service when dealing with residents Accurately record job details using handheld devices or paperwork Requirements Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance role Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, decorating essential) Trade NVQ Level 2 is essential Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Good communication and customer service skills Experience working in social housing Ready to make a real difference in people''s homes and communities with your skilled expertise. ..... full job details .....
