This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in preparing social housing properties for new tenants, ensuring homes are safe, fully functional, and ready to be re-let to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair works across empty (void) propertiesEnsure properties are turned around efficiently to meet re-let deadlinesComplete all works to a high standard in line with building maintenance best practiceWork closely with in-house trades teams, subcontractors, housing and lettings teamsCarry out installations and repairs across multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic plastering)Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with health and safety regulationsMaintain a high level of customer focus when dealing with new tenants and stakeholdersContribute to delivering warm, safe, and welcoming homes for new residentsRequirements:Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within social housing or similarStrong ability across multiple tradesCity and Guilds or NVQ qualification in a relevant trade (preferred)Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work ..... full job details .....
