Looking to recruit a

Multi Trader

to join a leading Property Services Company around Stratford and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties in the service area.

Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including carpentry/joinery, plumbing, tiling, external fencing, etc., within a social housing setting.

Work efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence, as a company van will be provided.

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (e.g., Carpentry or Plumbing).

Strong Health and Safety knowledge.

Experience working in both occupied and void properties, ideally within social housing.
