We''re looking for experienced Gangs of Multi Trader''s (or gang of traders) to carry out voids work on social housing properties across Essex, North, and East London. This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity working on a price work basis.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in social housing repairs and voids
Skilled in multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, etc.)
Must have your own vehicle - mileage will be covered
Reliable, motivated, and able to work efficiently in a team or as a gang
