MULTI-TRADER REQUIRED - SOCIAL HOUSING (VOIDS and PLANNED WORKS)We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing team, working across social housing properties. This role involves carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works on both void and tenanted properties.Key Responsibilities:Complete a wide range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, plastering, and decoratingCarry out void property refurbishments to a high standardUndertake planned maintenance works in occupied homesEnsure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with regulationsDeliver excellent customer service when working in tenants'' homesRequirements:NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant tradeProven experience as a multi-trader within social housing or similar environmentsValid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)Asbestos Awareness certificationFull UK driving licence (preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyWorking Hours:8 hours per day (standard working shift)What We Offer:Competitive rates of payCompany van provided for work purposesOngoing work opportunitiesSupportive working environmentOpportunity to work on long-term social housing contractsIf you are a skilled multi-trader looking for consistent work within the social housing sector, we want to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
