MULTI-TRADER REQUIRED - SOCIAL HOUSING (VOIDS & PLANNED WORKS)

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing team, working across social housing properties. This role involves carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works on both void and tenanted properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete a wide range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, plastering, and decorating
• Carry out void property refurbishments to a high standard
• Undertake planned maintenance works in occupied homes
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service when working in tenants'' homes

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
• Proven experience as a multi-trader within social housing or similar environments
• Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Asbestos Awareness certification
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day (standard working shift)
