Job Title: Multi-Trader - Social Housing AdaptationsLocation: Retford / WorksopStart Date: ASAPDuration: 6 months (with potential for long-term work)Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a social housing adaptations project in Retford. This role involves carrying out a range of maintenance and adaptation works within void properties, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Carry out multi-trade works including (but not limited to) carpentry, plastering, tiling, and general repairsComplete social housing void properties - Kitchen and BathroomsWork efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining professionalism and respect for tenantsEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlinesAdhere to all health and safety procedures on siteRequirements (Essential):Valid CSCS CardAsbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP)Own vehicle / ToolsQualification or apprenticeship in a primary trade OR NVQ DiplomaImmediate start Competitive rates (dependent on experience)If you meet the above criteria and are looking for your next opportunity, we encourage you to apply. ..... full job details .....
