The Role As a General Technician, you''ll carry out a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple properties. Working alongside electricians, joiners, decorators, landscapers and specialist subcontractors, you''ll help ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem-solving and hands-on work. Key Responsibilities Carry out general building maintenance across residential and commercial properties. Complete carpentry repairs and installations. Undertake painting and decorating works.
