to join our team in Cambridge and surrounding areas. Carpentry and plumbing experience are essential.This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Carrying out responsive maintenance, repairs, and minor installations in occupied residential homesWorking across trades including

carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and paintingDelivering high-quality finishes across all jobsProviding professional, respectful service to tenantsAdhering to health and safety regulations and site proceduresFitting kitchens and bathroomsCandidate Requirements:

Hands-on experience in property maintenance, especially in occupied homesAbility to work across multiple tradesAbility to work independently and in a teamFlexibility to work varied hoursPolite and courteous approach with tenants and colleaguesQualifications and Skills:

NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in core trade (preferred)Valid UK Driving LicenceExperience with PDA or similar digital systemsConsistently high-quality workmanshipExperience with multi-trade projectsCommitment to excellent customer serviceBenefits:
