Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative The Position We are seeking an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to work across Merseyside. Plumbing will be your primary trade, with additional responsibility for a range of general maintenance and repair activities. You will be responsible for completing work to a high standard, with an emphasis on resolving issues efficiently, getting jobs right first time and providing a professional service to residents. Key Responsibilities Undertake a broad range of plumbing repairs and installations, including identifying and repairing leaks, hot and cold-water systems, immersion heaters, tanks, kitchens and bathrooms. Complete general multi-trade maintenance, including: Wall and floor tiling First and second fix carpentry Plaster repairs, patching and making good Painting and decorating Update job information promptly and accurately using the Axis mobile application. Work closely with supervisors, scheduling teams and office-based colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Carry out appropriate risk assessments and comply with all company health and safety requirements. Provide guidance and support to apprentices where required. Maintain consistently high standards of workmanship and customer care. Work within occupied residential properties while treating residents, their homes and belongings with courtesy and respect.
